Yup. My parents did not pay the Internet bill so I won't be able to do any uploads for who knows how long. Fear not. This also means I'll have less distractions. Maybe.

BTW, I am typing this with my iPhone using AT&T's 3G connection ...

I have a couple of videos on YouTube showing how to draw faces. Did you need the faces to look younger or older than the ones in the videos?

- Or sometimes I make the eyes smaller then make the chin thicker or narrow or long. What's the proper way of making my character older or a teen? :))

Yes, for faces, it is generally that the eyes appear smaller in older characters and the chin is more defined. What also helps is the thickness of the neck. For anime, the neck will be thinner in younger characters and thicker in older characters. I'll try and come up with a reference sheet or something similar for you.
